Hello, I'm building a 7600x and a 7800xt build and I will be getting the Asus Tuf B650-E, but there is also the microATX version of this exact motherboard and it's cheaper, I have been checking their Asus product info page but can't seem to find any major differences, just connectivity, but I'm not 100% sure.

I was initially going with the microATX but just wanna make sure I'm not missing on any useful features since the price difference is minimal and I just wanna make sure I go with the best option that would allow me to upgrade in the future without switching motherboards, which one should I go with?

My only 2 options:

ASUS TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI

ASUS TUF GAMING B650M-E WIFI

Advertised overclock on the ram is less on the matx version which is moot since the sweet spot for AM5's platform is DDR5-6000MHz with tight latencies or slightly higher frequency. WiFi 6E on the atx version. VRM design is also the same on both boards.

The onboard audio should be an ALC897 chip from Realtek. Storage ports/slots are the same as well.

Okay perfect, so I believe the microATX is the better deal even though the price difference is very low, don't think I will use more than 6000MHz since this is the sweet spot as you mentioned or use WiFi 6E.

Thanks a lot!
