Question Asus tuf gaming f15 8gb ram , second ram slot not working only keypad light coming

Hi i am using asus tuf gaming f15 2022. Which came up with a ram of 8 gb i extended it to 16 by adding the 8 gb ram in second slot. After one year i thought to extend more when i removed the ram from the second slot . Now i am only able to run my system after adding single ram in first slot. I tried adding ram in both of the slot only keypad light is turning on. No screen

did you try the old 8gb ram that was working before?

I installed the old RAM in the second slot, but it didn’t work. I also tried installing the newly purchased RAM in the second slot, but that didn’t work either. The screen is not coming just rgb keypad light and power light is working. Now i am using only one ram in first slot to turn on my laptop normally

It is solved now , now both the slots are working
