Hi! 😀
This will matter (I think)... I have a SN850x m.2 ssd of 1tb and my MoBo is the Asus B550-a Gaming. I bought a new SSD, same one but 4tb and tried putting it in the second slot, then I realized that slot is only for PCIE 3.0.
As soon as my pc turned on with the new SSD on the wrong slot, my second monitor stopped working, it turns on but it does not appear on the BIOS, NVIDIA Control Panel or the "detect" devices. I am afraid I could've moved or damaged the graphics card but I think then the first monitor wouldn not work correctly.
I have reinstalled my GPU drivers and tried disconnecting the cable and changing the ports but nothing is working so far.
Monitor receiving information correctly: Asus VG248QE 24"
Monitor not receiving info: Samsung Odyssey G5 32"
Yes, they are both connected to the graphics card. I do not think my mistake with the SSD and then suddenly the monitor not working was a coincidence, I might've done some damage or something... I just don't know what or how to fix it.
Thank for the help !
