Question asus tuf gaming z890-plus wifi

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z-890 PLUS WIFI paired with INTEL CORE ULTRA 7 265KF and regardless I have updated to the latest BIOS version 1404 I am still getting random crashes in windows 11 ( almost since day 1) actually the screen freezes but the PC is working from the backround flawlesly :dizzy:, I have switched resize BAR enable-disable but the problem remains , 2 times clean instalattion of windows 11 but the problem remains , does anyone have any clue ?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

I have updated to the latest BIOS version 1404
Did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was flashed to version 1404?

2 times clean instalattion of windows 11 but the problem remains
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode?

I'm experiencing the same issue and hoping someone can help.

Issue Description:

My PC freezes during restart. Sometimes it enters a restart loop, getting stuck at the ASUS TUF Gaming logo with a spinning loading wheel that eventually freezes. On the next startup, it might go into repair mode or fail to boot properly.

Strange Observations:
The PC works perfectly in Safe Mode, where I can restart without any issues.

What I've Tried So Far:

  • Component Testing: I’ve tested the CPU, GPU, PSU, and RAM.
  • RAM Compatibility: ASUS support claims my RAM isn’t compatible, which is odd since other experts say it is. I am using G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 6400MHz (Model: F5-6400J3239G32GX2-TZ5RK), which should be supported. I also tested another RAM model, F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5RS, listed on the compatibility list for my motherboard, but the issue persisted.
  • Troubleshooting Steps: I’ve flashed the BIOS, reinstalled Windows, swapped the PSU, GPU, and tested different RAM sticks. Nothing has worked so far.

  • Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI
  • CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
  • RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 6400MHz (2x32GB) CL32
