Asus with Core i3 3217U, GT 710M or Lenovo with Core i3 3110M, GT 720M

I want to know the real life performance between these two computers. I know there are already threads for this. But I feel my scenario is quite different. I have finalised two laptops to buy: an Asus and a Lenovo. I will list the important specs below.

Asus
i3 3217U (1.8 GHz)
4GB DDR3
500 GB SATA (5400)
Mobile HM 76 Express
1 GB GeForce GT 710M

Lenovo
i3 3110M (2.4 GHz)
2 GB DDR3
1 TB SATA (5400)
Mobile QM 77 Express
1 GB GeForce GT 720M

I am a moderate user. I will list how I intend to use below:

MS Office and Web Browsing : Mostly
Watching Movies : Occasionally
Gaming : Occasionally (Like Far Cry 2,3, Anno, Bioshock, Dead Island -Usually in low to medium settings)
Video Conversion : Occasionally

Based on this, can you suggest which one is good?

Lenovo, I would upgrade the ram however.
Processor is a tad better.
More storage GPU better (core speeds/memory speeds etc)
