Question ASUS X570-E Motherboard build will not boot

Hey I just finished my first build and have no clue why it will not boot. All lights and fans are running smooth, no error lights on the motherboard are on. Corsair iCUE H150i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 AMD Optimized Memory – Black, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor, EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming, 24GB GDDR6X, iCX3 Technology, ARGB LED, Metal Backplate, 24G-P5-3987-KR. Also, the motherboard came with a setup dvd. Do I need to get an external dvd drive?

Was there a ''Ryzen 5000 ready'' sticker on the motherboards box? If not, you'll need to update the BIOS.
