Question Asus X570 prime pro TPM

I have already update my system from windows 10 to 11. For doing this I have enable TPM in Asus Bios. Now I have a question about update motherboard Bios firmware.

By default TPM is disabled. And when enable it says can't disable if enable..... cause loose all data...
How can update firmware? If update must change all Bios settings to default... And by default TPM is disabled...


Of course I don't want to update firmware now but thinking about this when enable TPM

When you enable TPM in asus you got this message

As I say before by default is disabled. You can enable TPM but warning you about disable again. If you want update firmware you have all options default....

I read somewhere Asus in last firmware have TPM enabled by default.
The problem is I don't remember all settings who change to let only TPM enable when change settings to default...

Can I update firmware without default settings? Or this is dangerous?
