[SOLVED] Asus X99-E-10G WS ...... I need help

Hi I'v got a computer here are components inside :

Motherboard: Asus X99-E-10G WS (LGA 2011)
Processor: Intel i7 6850K 3,60 Ghz
Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 1070

This set doesn't work . When i try turns it on every single light, led works on the graphic card, motherboard but after a while roughly 3,4 seconds
suddenly stop works. What's more it's making all that things in the loop . I can't even enter the bios ... . Did anyone have got that case , would someone write some clue what i should do. I mention that I was turning on my computer in different configuration with particular components and without components on the motherboard . Also I check power supply by multi-meter .

Hi, The board features Debug LEDs. Is there a Debug LED that stays ON when board started?

Yes, it is. Shows 00 for 2 second and disappear, because computer restart itself . Also there are no beeps from the system ;/

Apparently, a CPU related issue. Are components new?

I think like you it might be CPU , Components are not new ;/ I have ordered PSU just in case i will try to replace current PSU , What's a pity that i haven't a CPU . Well I have to wait for the PSU if that way let me down . I will try to get a CPU to check socket itp... . Because I believe that motherboard should show me the error code on the screen or something like this if it is CPU failure

Hi , it's time to update , Alexoiu you was right CPU failure . (the the worst possibly news ) . I'm upset because a socket seems to be in good condition , I have no idea but It was CPU unlucky . Thanks
