ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS posting problem

ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS is not posting anything after done setting up.
This is my 1st workstation motherboard, so, everything seems to be new to me.
I tried to remove all other components, just a CPU left, but still no post, and no Q-code at all. I also attached a picture here for you guys to check if I've done anything wrong with my motherboard .
What could be the problem?

Sorry, here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Xeon E5 2698 V4
Motherboard: ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS
Ram: Dell NPH8PGNC/8G A7910487 8GB DDR4 PC4-17000 2133MHz ECC REGISTERED RDIMM Memory
SSD: samsung evo 500GB
GPU: GTX 1060
PSU: Cooler Master V1000 - Fully Modular 1000W 80 PLUS
All of them are newly bought, so, I don't see or think there are any bent pins, and I also did check it.
