Question Asus z270-ar wont boot with 32gb ram

I've recently put together a new pc
I7 7700k
Asus Z270-Ar
XPG Spectrix D41 3200

So before I take it to the shop ill ask this audience. 32gb ram install, pc runs with 16gb in Dimm b1 b2 I install other ram sticks in a1 a2 go to boot and I get red memory light then orange flashing with no boot but these are rgb and they light up so does that mean the dimms work? As I've tried to boot with 16gb ram in dimms a1 a2 with no boot either. Tlrd wtf is going on I'm lost *all ram is the same and yes the dimms are enabled on the bios

rgb lite up only mean they got power.
so a1 a2 is broken? check for bend pin on the motherboard socket?

Cheers I have brought a new board incase the dimms are broken and will be checking up tear down of pc
