ASUS Z68 or P67

I am not sure if I should go with a Z68 board or a P67 board. I am looking at the ASUS P8P67 DELUXE or the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3. I am not sure what benefits I may gain with the Z68, is that the newest chipset?

I will be running an i5-2500K with 16Gb of DDR3-1600.

Depends on the USE, Gaming only = P67 or QuickSync = Z68.
