Asus Z87-A help

Bought an Asus Z87-A motherboard for a new build and I installed everything into it as usual. I'm trying to get the PC to turn on but there is now a green light above the USB header. I've looked at the motherboard manual but it doesnt look like this LED exists in the manual :/. Picture attached.

Any help to troubleshoot/resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated!
