Athlon 64 board with front audio connectors

I'm putting together a computer, and the case I'm getting is the Antec Performance One P-160. This has front connectors for headphones and line-in, leading to header wires on the inside. I need to find a motherboard with these front audio connectors. I know the Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe has them, and that's what I was gonna go with, but then I decided to go with the Athlon 64. The other option is a 5.1 Sound Card that has these front audio connectors on board. Anyone have any suggestions?
