Athon CPU and MB temp

Hey I have a 1.2 ghz athon and it run between 50 and 60 degrees centigrade. Is that too hot? Also, I have an Asus A7V with it, that runs near or at 40 degrees. What do you guys think?

40 Degress MB Temperature is CRAZY HIGH!!!
50-60 Degress Celcious for ur CPU is within AMD Spec. but is still VERY high........try getting a better cooler, like the GlobalWin Cak38

Even with 2 fans on the heatsink, my 1.2 runs at 51-55 celcius. I have a volcano 5 with an extra AMD fan on the back blowing air towards the heatsink (just like the top fan). Lowers the temp an extra 5 degrees. Use mounting tape.
