First of all, I'm new to the forums/community of Tom's Hardware, so if this is in the wrong section or something, it would be appreciable if an admin or someone moved this to the correct area.
So I was looking for drivers for my laptop. (http://goo.gl/cWwcv3)
Model: HP ProBook 4530s
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Graphics (?): Intel HD 3000, (maybe ATI Radeon)
Processor: Quad-Core Intel i5 mobile
I came across this: (http://goo.gl/jkiuwq)
My question is: would I possibly have this graphics card in my laptop, but without the drivers so it doesn't function?
Another small question: I really want to increase my vRAM, it's stuck at a pathetic 64mb. I have 1.4GB of shared memory or something and I would like to find a way to increase the vRAM. Also, I couldn't find any settings in the BIOS for this.
Thanks guys!

Solution
Vram cannot be of 64 MB because only windows environment takes around 200 MB so it's probably.

this is your Laptop specs : http://www.cnet.com/products/hp-probook-4530s/specs/

There is no video card on this laptop.

You have the Intel HD graphics 3000. It is not an ATI card. You probably can't increase your video memory. If you could you would have to find your choices in the bios and you couldn't find them. On a laptop your choices for video memory are very limited and specified. Probably couldn't get more than 128 mb.

But then, if I go to google and search for "GTA IV PROBOOK 4530s" there are results with people using the ATI card.
And I can't get 128 mb either, stuck on 64. 🙁

Never mind, I only have the crappy integrated. 🙁
And thanks to all of you guys!
So nothing about the vRAM? I can't believe this laptop can be so irritating..

That laptop was made as a business model, so it's not odd at all that it has limited video options and BIOS settings, especially with only integrated video.

The HP Z models are workstation ones with much better video options.

The good news is that you can sell it for a pretty good amount since it's a higher grade HP than you'd get from a store for home use and get a laptop with a real video card.

You can't there are very few laptops with removable graphics cards and this is not one of them.
