So I just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from 7 and since then I am having a couple of issues

  1. Screen looks washed out/ dull
  2. Desktop doesn't cover the full screen,
  3. Unable to find the Overscan/ Underscan feature in AMD Catalyst Control center

Please advise

It seems like the motherboards integrated graphics drivers arent supported for the Windows 10.

These are the latest ones. There isnt other option.
This is integrated graphics of your motherboard 3000 HD.

It is supported for Windows 8 32 and 64 bit. Soo in theory it should work in windows 10.
Just make sure that you download same BIT version of the windows.

Solution
As already stated, there is no Windows 10 driver for this motherboard's integrated graphics adapter, so on Windows 10 it will only be driven by Windows built-in basic driver which doesn't support advanced features of the integrated Radeon adapter. This would explain why you are having the issues you mentioned.

For Windows 10 therefore, you'll need to install a PCIe graphics card.
