ATI Radeon VE with TV-out?

I'm buying a ATI Radeon VE 32 Mb DDR bulk, and am just wondering if ALL Radeon-card (this included) has a TV-out function? The thing is that I don't know if ATI has released more than one model of the VE-card, and I'm afraid of buying one that isn't equipped with TV-out.

Rule of thumb-if they don't say it, it doesn't have it. Espsecially with OEM cards, which can be ordered in numerous configurations.

Anyone know what the difference between the VE and the LE. Is it as simple as one has dual head (VE) and the other one has single head (LE)??? hmm..
