Hey,

anyone have an ati tv wonder pro? If so, are you having problems with it crashing while recording tv?

I've read through ati's faqs and found they dont support HT or dual processors. The only solution they list is to remove one of your processors or turn HT off in the bios (I dont see either of these as a solution).

Is there anyone that solved this problem without down grading their system?

Thanks

nope....I got one an used it with 2 monitors and a 9800pro. Very unstable and I eventually removed it from the system. Youll have to wait till microsoft ships SP2. It should be fixed then. I couldnt wait and removed the card. My second monitor was a multimedia LCD with RCA jacks so I bought a DVD/VCR combo and watch TV on the second monitor. With all the LCD TV's comming out I dont thing these add on cards will be around much longer. I suspect the AIW and TV pro cards will turn into HDTV/Mpeg4 decoders for recording. Youll plug your LCD TVout to a port on the system. Watch for this when PCI-Express comes out.

No help for you and I tho.
