Question Atom thin client / mini pc

Hello can anybody suggest to me pre built thin client / mini pc's with the following minimum spec:

CPU: Must be Intel Atom segment 1.66Ghz+
Ram: 4GB
Wi Fi enabled
128GB SSD (no emmc please!)
Capable of running Windows 10
Fanless design

That costs less than £75 inc p&p (happy if used / refurbished)

So far I have come up with Shuttle and Acer devices. Are there any other manufacturers knocking about out there?

It is for a low power (£kw/h) home pc that can be left running 24/7.

eBay and sites like Aliexpress are filled with these things, issue is that used market you just need to do some web searches since what is available changes. For new stuff, there is nothing really usable with an SSD for your budget. A 128 GB SSD even a cheap one will take up a lot of your budget.

Thanks for the reply I was fortunate to locate a used Shuttle V2 with 4Gb ram and 60Gb SSD. It was near exactly what I was looking for. I had browsed Ebay and Aliexpress. I found Aliexpress did list a lot of devices although they were mostly Celerons and / or eMMC (the listings do not mention if they support SSD's). It can take a while to get a reply form a seller too.
