Attachments won't open

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.configuration_manage (More info?)

I get emails all the time from my brother and I can never
open up his attachments. It is the same for certain
friends as well and others I have no problem opening. Is
there a fix to this. Do I have my computer configured so
it won't allow them?

Open Outlook Express
Tools>Options>Security>uncheck box Do Not Let Attach.
