I have an atx system I am building and tonight when I was doing cable management, I realised I needed to install the metal panel in my case due to not using the side intake.
The case is a Corsair iCUE Airflow 5000d. This case comes with a metal panel (photos) that hides cables at the front, but it does not give enough clearance to the ATX cable for me to install it, if I do the cable is bent too harshly for me to be comfortable with. The PSU is a thermaltake toughpower gf3 1200w. The ATX is quite unyielding and I am unsure how to fix this problem. I would very much like to keep the panel intact as it gives a cleaner look than leaving it out.
I've looked at individual sleeve cables, and also 90 degree adapters. I also tried to search online to see if anyone else came across this, but most of these builds are liquid cooled, thus the side intake is used and not hidden.
Posted this in PSU as it is PSU related but happy for it to be moved to the Case section if more relevant.
