AUDIO DRIVER WINDOWS 7 Help

Hello I just installed a fresh version of windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits and i can't find an audio driver witch will work with the front Jacks too
My PC:
CPU : Pentium D 2,80GHz
Motherboard:Intel D945GCZ
GPU: Sapphire Radeon x1950 Pro

Any idea will help .Thank You

It's the same driver that controls both front and rear, the driver is native to Windows 7.

Make sure the connections are good and connected correctly.

Might be a problem with the jacks in the case.
