Audio From Remote Computer

When I Remote Desktop to my remote computer I can see the video streaming
from my webcam. Is it possible to also hear sound from the remote computer
as well?

The sound I want to hear is from the microphone - to use video and sound
streaming from the remote computer as a security setup.
