Just upgraded my brother's PC:
MSI B150 Gaming M3
i5-6600k
DDr4 Corsair 2400mhx 2x8gb

I cannot, for the life of me, get the GD audio to work. There's just a big red X over the speaker.
I've gone to the official MSI page and tried only the Realtek Audio Drivers first. Didn't work. Went back and uninstalled all sound drivers, including NVidia graphics drivers (my computer currently only claims NVIDIA Output - The connector for this device is located in the HDMI connector), also changed monitors incase it was transmitting through that. Tried Nahimic 2; wouldn't even install because a compatibility issue apparently.

Neither front or rear ports work, device manager doesn't even display Realtek Software only NVIDIA, and you already know Windows Troubleshoot isn't helping. I am getting 0 detection from any input or output. Also tried chipset drivers from MSI and then reinstalling sound drivers.

I've read some things about sticking with a non K CPU because B150 can't overclock. But, since I'm not overclocking (and this was my rig before) I don't see an issue.

Please help! Ripping my hair out here.
