About a week ago I booted up my pc and had no sound being output. It was working fine the night before and there was no changes to anything in between that time period. I've updated windows, updated drivers, reinstalled drivers, deleted drivers and given others priority, changed my HDMI cable, plugged my speakers into every output port. I have done every single thing I can thing of and nothing has got me even close.
Currently it shows that audio is working fine and the windows trouble shooter reports nothing wrong.

My specs are:
Mb - MSI Z170A Xpower Titanium
CPU - i7 6700K @ 4.4GHz
Ram - 2x8Gb Hyper X
GPU - Asus AMD 7850HD 2Gb
PSU - Thermaltake 850W gold
Monitor - Samsung LC27F591FDEXXY 27"
Speakers - Bose Companion 2
Running Windows 10
All drivers are upto date

Edit: I was using a ps4 controller and ds4windows the night before and I have just found a bunch of threads about it being treated as a speaker but that doesn't appear to be the issue either.
