Question Audio Not Working Problems / Windows 10

Hello,

My Windows 10 Computer has been working fine for a very long time.

Just so you know, these are the specs:

  • Intel Core i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90 GHz
  • RAM: 16.0 GBV
Recently, the audio randomly completely stopped working. I have restarted it, uninstall the drivers and reinstalled them, and run Windows Update. I have followed many online troubleshooting information tutorials, and nothing works.

Furthermore, trying to play music (even without audio) using Spotify, iTunes, or Groove won't work. It won't even play from a software perspective. Because of this, it leads me to believe the problem must be software related rather than hardware related.

If anybody could offer me any assistance or has been through something similar that would be much appreciated.

DEBUG:: Try creating new user and just check it //you can delete the user account anyway **afterwards, Just try that. If it works there then DRIVER, If it doesn't then go extensive DEBUG mode. VM mode Try VM mode. or if you're experimental enough. Try ubuntu LIVE mode. You'll know your answer . IF HARDWARE OR just a SOFTWARE.

Hello,

I already created a new user and it didn't work there either. Running in a virtual machine does nothing different so it is for sure software related.

Any advice from here?

Have you tried Uninstalling the drivers to default Drivers.
Uninstall it using Device manager and Scan for changes ////

And This one, -->> Windows+run Keys and Search Services.msc-->> locate Windows audio-->> then restart the service and set the properties startup to automatic and do the same to other two

Windows Audio Endpoint Builder

Multimedia Class Scheduler

I restarted both of those, although I don't have anything for "Multimedia Class Scheduler" in Services. Still, nothing is working.

Just finished testing the Ubuntu virtual machine, no luck.
