This problem didn't used to happen, but recently my audio regularily cuts out and cuts back on about every 5 seconds. I've tested it with my 3rd party audio applications turned off, and with multiple audio outputs, and no luck, so any help is appreciated.

CPU
Intel Core i5 @ 2.90GHz 74 °F

My computer is regularly freezing. While haven't noticed it happening at any specific time, it doesn't seem to happen when I am signed out, and typically happens when applications are running (e.x. Google Chrome, Discord, etc). I've tried all of the fixes at this link and nothing has worked so far:

You could've listed the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

if this system is a Lenovo prebuilt, then you could simply add an SKU for your system.

Do you have any updates pending on your OS? Speaking of OS, did the OS come installed with your platform? You could try and uninstall the audio drivers, then manually reinstall the latest driver listed on Lenovo's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
