Question Audio/Video Desync

I'm not quite sure what could have caused this to start happening, but as of late, my audio and video has been desyncing across my PC (in both browser players like YouTube and Netflix, and in media players such as VLC). After a fresh restart, my PC is unaffected for nearly 12 hours. However, afterwards, I will slowly start to notice the audio coming before the video. The desync only gets worse and worse as time goes on, even getting to a 7 second difference if left long enough. Refreshing the page and switching audio outputs are two very temporary solutions I have found, but it only fixes the problem for a few minutes. I have been out of my mind trying to find a solution for this, so finally I decided to make a thread. Hopefully I can get this figured out soon with some help.
