This is my first build, would like feedback Im only getting a cpu cooler because i think the stock one is ugly Few questions,
Do i need any thermal paste? apparently the cooler master one that comes with it is quite good and if so do you have suggestions for thermal paste ?
Also can i mount a corsair fan on this cooler and case with my ram?
My color scheme is red/black if you suggest other parts to save money.

Just what I recommended before.

Ide appreciate some options if you have another one that is good. And also is there any other things you see off about my build.

Yes,16GB RAM there's no need for that.
That case fan you choose is an SP(Static Pressure) one. you should go for AF(Air Flow).
Go for something like be quiet! dark rock 3. If you want something silent as Hyper 212 will make pretty much noise.

Hi. 8 GB of RAM the same spec / model you have listed. Don't worry about changing the TIM, the stuff that comes with the CM 212 EVO will be fine and given that your not OCing anyhow, not worth any small improvement in temps you would get. Just a suggestion (nothing crucial) with the 120mm fan on you CPU Cooler, you can get a twin pack of those Corsair Red LED fans… put one either side & really light your beast up and give it a bit of symmetry :) but yeah more fans = more noise. You can get the 'Quite edition' model, but not in 2 pack. The AF models are apparently a bit quieter again, but not LED. CM Sickle Flow are also pretty quiet… so many options
