It seems that after the deployment of SP2, I have a couple of users who are
having problems intermittenly. Sometimes, after their workstation locks and
they come back to log back in, their PC will automatically start shutting
down. It also never completely shuts down because it hangs in the "Saving
your settings" phase. Can anyone help with this issue?

Disable automatic restart on system failure (on SP2): Press F8 on restart, and see the menu item to disable auto restart. Restart,
and when the STOP message appears, record information needed for further troubleshooting.
