Average Internet Connection Speeds on a Decline

I live in brisbane and have what's considered here to be a good connection, but that only equates to up to 2Mb/s, though I rarely see over about 1.2
 
this is so sad, this is the only document in the whole site that says "venezuela" and they use it just to show how crappy our internet is.... I'll be damned
 
No news, internet is going main stream and ppl rly don't need that much speed for 720p YouTube videos!
21.8 Mbps? I use the faster cable connection in Brazil 20Mbps! More then that, only Fiber 100Mbps! =S Prob should move to SK! ;p
