My temp is around 30c at idle and 75c when under load.(in cinebench r 15). This is my first overclock is this normal?

Solution
Looks very good to me.
at idle, I expect to see 10-15c. with any cooler in a well ventilated case.
You are good there.

75c. is nominal under load. I might look for up to 85c. during a stress test.

The key thing to monitor is vcore.
You do not want to go past 1.4v.
Check that with cpu-Z.

I suspect you may have more headroom.

What % of I7-8700k chips can oc
at a aggressive vcore near 1.4 or so and delidded
4.9 99%
5.0 88%
5.1 54%
5.2 22%

Do not worry too much about temperature.
The processor will slow down or turn off if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That is around 100c.

Actually, I would do nothing, how much do you really need more than 4.7?

75c is a very safe overclock load temperature and is great for the longevity of the cpu.

Your overclocking ability with the 8700K is in direct relation to the quality of the silicon layer and the cooling solution you are running, plus other factors relating to the actual BIOS overclock.

If you desire pushing it further listing your complete specs is the first step as any advice to you is in direct relation to what you're running hardware wise, including your operating system.
