AverMedia Live Gamer HD - Screen Is Black

Hello i am gonna use 2 pc setup everything is plug in but my monitor keeps black screen when i check on the stream pc signal is fine and its capturing the image (i can see my main pc screen) my monitor light is normal not blinking but screen is black

Guys i solved my problem i changed hdmi cable problem is solved but other hdmi cable works well(on direct connection) why is making problem with avermedia ?
