Avg tuneup 2012 vs Avg tuneup 2014

Is Avg tuneup 2014 any better than 2012?

Using 2012, well because it's easier to navigate.

I wouldn't recommend either of them, they are unnecessary.
I use only Ccleaner and anything it can't do I do manually using Windows' built-in tools.
Why install utilities for stuff that Windows can do anyway?

It was easy to access because it's right there. It also shows and explains what can be done to better the computer.
