pc won’t boot after power surge
i keep getting the same error code, i have tried to do a factor reset and everything but no luck

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Will the system boot into Safe Mode?

Any beeps? Some pattern of long and short beeps. Listen carefully.

Avoid third party tools, utilities, apps, etc. claiming to fix the problem. Some of those tools may show up no matter what problem or problems are happening.

More information needs to be learned.

try resetting the BIOS. An update might help as well.

I have the same system/issue and it’s caused by a bios version bug. You‘ll need to update the bios as mentioned here in the Lenovo support page.

Remove Motherboard battery and reinstall the battery , it will work normal, all the above methods are useless, this happened with me i did the same , as it is a bios error .
