I have this problem where my PC randomly completely shuts off without warning. It also happened when doing nothing, with nothing open, but trying to open Chrome (the moment I pressed it, it shut down) or opening a folder for example. I have tried non-XMP memory with 2333mhz but not enabled it at 3600mhz (for both the problem occured).
I run the latest BIOS. Any help with what part is faulty would be appreciated. I do not think it's the temps (thermal) problem, I run at 27 degrees IDLE and it moves to 40 when Chrome opens for example. Does it has to do with the SSD? Or does a motherboard problem make more sense since I read others have the same problem. I also performed benchmarks the *** out of the CPU, GPU (also worked fine on old PC), RAM which turned out good. Never one shutdown during benchmarks.
G.Skill DDR4 Ripjaws 2x16GB 3600Mhz - [F4-3600C16D-32GVKC]
Ryzen 5800x
B550M Aorus PRO-P
RM650 Corsair PSU
Arctic liquid freezer II 240
Kingston A2000 nvme ssd
RX 480
Thank you!
*Now trying 'eco mode' in the bios to see if the problem still occurs.
