Building my first pc. I have read that the Gigabyte B550M MB I have picked out needs to have its bios updated to be compatible with the 5600g . The amazon store page and the product website has instructions on how to do this, and it seems pretty easy so I think can handle it. I wanted to check on here to see if anyone has had problems with it. My whole build is below.

Yes it would be compatible, but ask the store to update the bios to the latest first, since most b550 motherboard were flashed for ryzen 5000 cpus out of the box, and 5000g weren't announced yet.
