back ground programs

HI,Has anybody heard of a program called (whats my computer doing).

Its a program that runs in the background and analyzes whats running that you may not be aware of i have not downloaded it yet as i would like to find out if it is good or bad,thanks

Cnet rates the program a 4.5 star rating so it couldnt be too bad. I havent used it though
