will a back of a case facing a wall will affect airflow inside the case and will it affect gpu and cpu temps ? its kinda dumb question but i'm doing a "redesign" of my room and therefore i need to change where i place my pc

Given that there are cables coming out the back, the distance the cables consume is more than enough.

Yes it will be fine. Just don't push it back TOO far, and bend the cables too much.
2-3 inches is fine.
