Backing up explorer links

I'm going to reinstall my OS (win98se) because of a corrupted hard drive. How do I save/backup all the links in my favorites folder in IE5. Also how to I reinstall all my links back into the reloaded hard drive? Thanks for your help.

Just copy the "Favorites" directory that can be found in "Windows" directory

After you install the OS back, copy the folder you saved back into the Windows directory and they should all be there.
