Backing up in Windows XP Home

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.perform_maintain (More info?)

I can't seem to find my Back-up utility under System Tools. I recall seeing
it there previously, I think it may have disappeared when I installed SP2,
but I can't be sure. Can anyone help me find it or re-install it?
