Backing-up

Hi all,

I've saved the following log after two attempted backups:

"Backup Status
Operation: Backup
Active backup destination: File
Media name: "Favorites 26.12.04.bkf created 12/26/2004 at 3:24 PM"

Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:80042301
Aborting Backup."

I've tried on two different media, floppy and ZIP disk.
Both times failures.

Anybody any idea what's going on, and how to correct it?
