Backup files

Hi

I need to backup every day (or week), each servers we have. The best thing I
want to do is to created image file (like symantec ghost)...
But, I dont want to backup every thing.... have you heard about software
like (Ghost) that allow you choose choose the files you dont want
I still want to have a image file of a hard disk...

There are two basic types of backup: file-based, and image. An image backup
is a backup of every sector that is allocated; think of it as a low-level
backup which is (or can be) done without looking at the filesystem's data.
A file-based backup is done one file at a time, and can select some files.
