I want reinstall my windows 10
but is there possible to backup and restore "shortcut pinned start and installed font"?

If you mean a desktop shortcut, then yes. Just copy the shortcuts from the desktop to a USB drive. When you've done the reinstall, copy them back to the desktop. As long as the target of the shortcuts hasn't changed they will work fine.

Reinstalling Windows 10 always risked me losing some files and apps you'll just have to try all backupup and restore methods before rolling the dice on a fresh Windows 10 which sometimes isn't fresh at all cause it sometimes leaves residual artifacts that you'll have to weed out.
