Bad Bios Checksum

Starting bios recovery checking for usb drives this is the error my friends computer is getting he has no floppy drive on the computer we've tried loading from a usb with the latest bios drivers on it and it just sits there saying loading not freezing, but has been like that for over 20 min we've tried everything and the MSI support doesn't even know whats wrong the motherboard is no longer in circulation it's a MSI X58 Platinum SLI LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard any help?

There's both a FDD (Floppy) and a ODD (DVD-ROM) options. You might be able to do the same thing with a bootable Flash Drive (USB 2.0/X58).
