I am extremely confused and need some help. I got a new computer today and everything about it is great except my internet connection is for some reason worse. I put the two antennas on the back of my PC like I'm supposed to and when I test the internet connection, my download speed is around 280 mb/s, but when I'm playing in games I'm getting around 100 ping and my internet sucks. Can someone help me fix this?

Yeah, I installed the newest drivers but it hasn't seemed to change anything. I got around 30 ping on my old PC. I'm a bit confused on what you're asking at the end, but I think you're asking for my specs so the specs on my PC are a RTX 2070 super, i7-9700kf, and 32GB of DDR4 ram. My old PC had a GTX 970m, i7-6700HQ, and 16GB of DDR4 ram.

I kinda meant the hardware for the wireless used!

The causes of the ping issue are one of three things: hardware, software, ISP. The more things we can eliminate, the fewer things it can be.

Ok, the name of the wireless adapter I have is AC 9462. I don't really know what other information to give you honestly. Since you mentioned software earlier, I guess I'll just tell you I'm using Windows 10 if that's helpful at all.
