Im having some problems with a computer I bought second hand recently.
Specs:
I7-7700K
GTX 1080ti 11GB Strix
Asus Maximus VIII Ranger
16 GB RAM (8 x 2) 3200 Mhz
EVGA Supernova G3 650W
Sometimes when I try to boot up, the computer powers on for maybe 0.5-1 second before shutting down. The times were it ''successfully'' boots, no picture what so ever comes up. The case fans and the CPU fan spins, and the light on the GPU stays on. I have tried hdmi and DisplayPort on both the GPU and the iGPU without success.
At the beginning, I had 4 sticks of 8 GB Ram installed. But then I got a Q-code of 54 which means that something is wrong with my RAM. I removed all the RAM sticks and only installed 2 sticks after that. The problem went away for a short period of time, but instead I got the Q-code 4 which says: PCH initialization before microcode loading. Changed RAM sticks again and tried Flash BIOS trough a USB but no difference. Now I'm back at the 54 Error and DRAM light on the Motherboard.
Any Idea what it could be? I have tried with a different Mobo and PSU with no luck!
