Bad hdmi port

Solution
Probably more trouble than it is worth. You may or may not be able to get a replacement part that has the correct pin out. You could damage other components while working. With the costs of electronics today, most things like this are board level replacements if at all.

Is it physically damaged or just doesn't work? If it is physically damaged a person with the appropriate tools and skill can replace it somewhat easily. (desoldering station with vacuum) (A really skillful person can do it with a standard iron and solderwick/solder sucker, but that wouldn't be good to do on a motherboard or videocard)

If it simply doesn't work, the problem almost certainly lies deeper in the card and only the manufacturer can really refurbish/replace that.
