I get this error message every 5 mins or so saying, The application or DLL
C:/WINDOWS/system32/netzg.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this
against your installation diskette. I dont know how to fix it and was
wondering if anyone had any ideas.

netzg.dll appears to be a Browser Helper Object, most likely spyware.

Scan your machine for spyware.
