Bad ping on games, fine on other PCs

On my PC, I've been getting 100-7000ms ping on games, however using the Google speed test I get ~20ms, the wifi's fine on all other PCs in the house.
It is consistent(ly bad) across multiple games (CS:GO, DotA, OW, PUBG); isn't an issue with the router; it seems to actually work well on browsers (I can watch 1080p 60fps streams on Twitch and videos on YouTube); and it's not an issue with the router (it works with other PCs).

OP, have you checked to ensure you are connected to the nearest server for each game you are playing? Ping is just how long it takes for data to be sent to one specific place and back, so the farther away the server, the lower your ping.
